A Bit About Me
I fell in love with theatre thanks to a local artist who taught an after-school drama class at my elementary school. That single experience sparked a lifelong passion—I trained with her studio throughout my childhood. If my school system hadn’t brought the arts directly into my classroom, I might have never discovered this path; I might be designing buildings as an architect instead of creating worlds on stage.

Ever since, I’ve made it a personal mission to inspire kids the way I was once inspired. Through working with The Keegan Theatre, I’ve had the privilege of bringing theatre into DC Public Schools, giving students, many of whom wouldn’t otherwise have access, the chance to discover the performing arts. At Imagination Stage, I work with students who are already passionate about theatre, helping them deepen that connection. Whether I’m sparking a first love or nurturing a growing one, there’s nothing more fulfilling than watching kids being inspired that way I was all those years ago.
